steps to reproduce: 1. Search for 発見人生Fx in allizom 2. Click on the add-on "発見人生Fx" listed in the search results: https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=%E7%99%BA%E8%A6%8B%E4%BA%BA%E7%94%9FFx&cat=all&x=0&y=0 observed behavior: detail page is a 404. We should not index add-ons with the status "sandboxed/ awaiting prelim review"
