I feel like we could do a lot more with this page, but for now let's get it on zamboni.  Style changes are ok (if there are existing styles that work), just get the data there and presentable.

Note that our eventual goal will be the mockup in bug 541141 so if you can make it easy to get there when doing this, go for it.  Understand that's a lower priority than parity with the PHP code though so don't spin your wheels on it.  Thanks. :)
