Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.facebook.com
2. Tap on the input field associated to "Email or Phone"

Actual Results:
softkb pops up and url bar is adjusted to the right. Look at bug screenshot.

Expected Results:
The url bar shouldn't be adjusted to the right.

The subtle difference of | true | vs | false | might be lost in the future. I hope we don't forget why we made this simple change.
