Unable to update the compatibility of an add-on in the developer pages

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/submit/1
2.Go to "Edit Add-on Listing" page of any addon
3.Click on "Compatibility" link - A pop up comes up
4.Click on "Add another application" link and add any other application and click save changes
Actual Results:  
1.After cliking the "Save changes" the pop up closes but there is no message saying whether the changes have been saved or not
2.Now again click the "Compatibility" link - There you will not see the other application you added(or changes made) previously

I think you're missing some steps.  Where do you see anything about compatibility from the "Edit Add-on Listing" page?
