Mozilla 0.6 installer on Win98 just opens the program for you (see also <a 
href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52597>52597</a>) and displays 
a vague (maybe open another bug report on this- this message should at least 
include example file types) message about "should mozilla be the default viewer 
for documents that it knows how to view".
Expected behavior on Windows is to open a "confirm" dialog with checkboxes for 
"run program after installer completes" and "view README"(or license).

1. Download Mozilla 0.6 release for Win32.
2. Install.
3.
Added RFE and changed title. Marking NEW so someone will look at it
