As the summary states, the pluginreg.dat increases in size everytime you toggle a plugin.

i only just noticed mine was at 1.6GB, and firefox was hanging when toggling a plugin.

Disabling 13 plugins saw the pluginreg increase from 17K to 700K
Re-enabling them saw them increase from 700K to 200+MB

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Toggle plugins on and off and monitor the pluginreg.dat file size.
Actual Results:
Pluginreg.dat increased in size every time the plugin(s) were toggled.. now i expect some increase is expected but definitely not by more than 10000x the original size

Expected Results:
Pluginreg.dat to maintain a realistic size
The bloat comes from 87MB's worth of C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Silverlight\4.0.51204.0\npctrlui.dll|$
1291382606000|$ being printed under [INVALID]
.....when i say 87MB's worth, i meant based on the size of the file at the time.

everytime you disable a plugin the contents of the invalid section are duplicated.

so 1 line becomes 2 lines, 2 lines becomes 4 lines, 4 lines becomes 8 lines, and so on.

this is not an issue in 3.6.x
