Details

If user icons for are allowed to be on remote servers, a few things could go wrong (Such as accidental DDoS of remote server). Though this is a small risk, a more common risk could be the image being deleted, or it changing to something else. Because of this, I think that the user icons should only be allowed to be locally (Like attachments), and not remotely.
Admins are responsible to decide which icons to use for groups. That's not something I want to restrict.
