Description

When a user is completely deleted (reg+storage), we should also increment back the node in the available_nodes table.
This should happen automatically that night, so it's not a huge priority.

I was not aware of that. what script does it ?
The nightly monitoring resets the active count on each node. We have to do it that way so that we know when someone goes inactive (as opposed to someone actually deleting their account)
