622610 - Screenshot ordering

The mocks want you to be able to reorder screenshots, and that seems like a reasonable request.  But the current Preview model does not allow that.

1. Add ordering field to Preview
2. Allow reordering with something that looks like http://people.mozilla.com/~chowse/drop/amo/devtools/v3/manage_addon/03_edit_listing_expanded.png
3. Make sure the ordering works in addon detail, the api, disco pane, mobile
4. Make sure the "highlighted" preview logic still works
5. Make sure adding a new Preview (without saving) and then reordering works properly.

Verified FIXED -- works with Firefox 3.6 and 4.0/Minefield.
