Can this wait 1-2 weeks?  We might have it all moved to PHX by then..
If we wait, then this won't be necessary at all.  This is to help the current load before we migrate to PHX.  This is in reference to bug 606237
James is ok with this.  mrz will need to announce the downtime, though I imagine we can try and mitigate it by doing one at a time and hoping the rest hold the load.
We tried to do it one at a time before, but these are the double blades and I need to take 2 of them offline at once to be able to access the inside.  They all fell over and we have to use downtime for it this time.
Just put up the outage page and do it vs users seeing half loading/improperly loading pages. That'd be best.
