If I open a third tab with the Firefox window in the restored state, the white glaze effect in the aero glass theme collapses into a thin strip across the tabstrip. I don't see this with the window maximized and I don't see it with more or fewer than three tabs open.
I do see it flicker in and out when I open additional tabs beyond three. Today's nightly build on Windows 7 with default Aero theme.

This did not exist in yesterday's nightly build update so it's a very recent regression.

The only change I see is from bug 593604 so cc'ing a couple folks from over there.
