I often get the sync error when switching wireless networks. It doesn't give me any useful information, and it's also annoying to close.

Perhaps the error should only come up after Firefox hasn't been able to sync for a few days? Additionally, maybe the error shouldn't come up if the user is offline.

Sync errors are probably pretty scary to users. We should be careful about showing them, and if we do, we should probably have an actionable for it.
