An ignored geolocation doorhanger can block the doorhanger for restart after add-on install (so that it isn't shown).

1. Go to http://htmlfive.appspot.com/static/whereami.html and click on the page so that the geolocation popup/doorhanger disappears.
2. Drag and drop an add-on xpi file from your file system onto that page.
3. Click install after the countdown.

Actual result: No 'Restart now' doorhanger.

Expected result: 'Restart now' doorhanger.

Able to reproduce. After ignoring geolocation doorhanger and install an add-on. "Restart now" doorhanger not appear after installing an add-on.

Before someone asks: No, it's not fixed by bug 641892.
