steps to reproduce: 1. Upload a test file @ https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/submit/2 2. Uncheck all platform options 3. Click "continue" expected behavior: We fail gracefully and show an informative error message actual behavior: No error message. We make the user start upload again.
