623213 - Donations still coming in via the old Open Web Fund form

Even though we have set up a redirect from http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/openwebfund/ to https://donate.mozilla.org/page/contribute/openwebfund, donations are still coming in through the old form. I'm not sure how people are still getting to this page, but can we make the old page go away completely or put a note on the page telling people to click to the new one?

Having donations continue to come in through the old form is less than ideal for accounting. Thanks!

The only thing I think this could be is the load balancers sending out an old version of that page.  The current version of the site doesn't have this page.

I just double checked the repository and the pages are actually there -- I had talked to Paul about removing those pages but I guess we hadn't done it yet.  Even so, the redirect is there so unless the load balancer is sending out an old version of the htaccess file then people shouldn't be getting to this form.
