Karen requested a few changes:
1. Also at the top of the bug can there be a Voluntary / Involuntary (make it a radio button, add it to the bug comment)
2. and an option to cc: themselves if they want a copy of the bug.
3. Also add desk top support and Doris Coleman in Payroll.
4. If a manager files a bug for an employee that is being terminated for cause is there any way that the employee could see that bug, we need to make termination bugs private.

For #4, this should be the same private group for the newhire form that we created.

Please point me in the right direction (instructions or code sample) on how to make a bug private and how to identify the private group you are talking about.
