the first time this page loads, it's broken. subsequent reloads are ok.
the given url is from the block regression tests. I am about to remove it from
the regression tests until this bug is fixed.

I cannot see any problem with this testcase, visually or in the regression
tests (no false positive with this file in). I'll add it back to the regression
tests now (was probably and image frame problem cleared up by other changes).
