User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b8) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b8 Build Identifier: 4.0b8 The error was produced by visiting the Live Chat page, filling out the form, and submitting it. Once submitted, I was told I was in the queue. However, I am a Live Chat helper, and I did not notice myself in the queue. Then, the Live Chat window showed this error: http://mozilla.pastebin.com/dr1W4NkW and I had to exit the window and resubmit the form to get back into the queue. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
I can't seem to reproduce on prod either, it *looks* as you may have entered the queue right before or after the server got the message to open, but I'll leave the status as-is for now.
As I had told Tanner earlier, zzxc said I should file this bug because computing a hash should never produce a null pointer exception.
9 months and no reports or reliable STR, going to WFM this. Feel free to reopen if you see it again.
