Steps to Reproduce

1. right click on the taskbar in the firefox icon (i put it there)
2. left click on Anonymous Navigation
What should have happened:

It should open the firefox windows in anonymous navigation mode
What actually happened:
----------------------------------------
It opens firefox window without anonymous navigation mode
