Spinner and Stop Buttons are rendered depending on how function is invoked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open testcase "modaltest.html"
2. press OK
3. click at button dialog
Actual Results:  
after 1: dialog appears, stop button and spinner are rendered
after 3: dialog appears, no stop button, no spinner

Expected Results:  
after 1: dialog appears, no stop button, no spinner
after 3: dialog appears, no stop button, no spinner

Persists in Firefox 28.
The spinner is stopped on "load" event, but the JS that is running during loading of the page will delay the "load" event.
