User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: It says "Adobe Acrobat" is outdated. Fine. I click the link, and it wants me to add Adobe Air, and will add some virus scanner or something if I don't notice and uncheck the box. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have outdated product X 2. Click update link 3. Actual Results: Generic "Everything+dog+kitchen sink with paid for trashware unless you uncheck it page". In this case Adobe Air plus McAffee scan in addition to Reader X. No link or apparent way to update just the old component.+ Expected Results: Update link or initiate download for the singular product which needs it. Something that would only download Acrobat Reader to update it.
How Adobe offers product updates is beyond Mozilla's control. We are unable to link directly to a single product installer, and can only link to the offer page Adobe makes available. I agree that the user experience isn't optimal, and will forward this bug to our product contacts there. Marking invalid because it's not something we have the means to correct.
