Sorting by date and site shows (local files) in different position on Linux

Details
In the history sidebar, viewing by Date and Site will show "(local files)" after websites whereas on Windows/Mac, "(local files)" will show up before websites.

reminder: re-enable toolkit/components/places/tests/queries/test_sort-date-site-grouping.js on Linux when this is fixed.
