I'm okay shipping batucada with an OpenID signin / signup screen that only sports logos for "one-click" OpenID providers (at the moment Google, Yahoo and MyOpenID), but we should eventually build a functional UI for other common providers that require additional user input (i.e. a username). Some examples:

* wordpress.com (requires subdomain part of blog URL)
* aol.com (requires screenname)
* myspace.com (requires a username)
* verisign.com (requires a username)

openid-selector does a reasonably decent job of this:

This bug might benefit from another look with a couple passes thru the OpenID signup/signin process. It confused me enough to make me break my OpenID signup a few times. :(
