The result is a total and utter failure of the Fitt's law.

We should detect when the taskbar is on the top edge of the screen and disable tabs in titlebar.

Disabling it would again waste the space. Adding a few pixels should be fine.
Note, that this is only seen if you have the option "Use small icons" enabled in the taskbar settings panel.

Marking this as Resolved > Worksforme since it cannot be reproduced anymore on the latest versions of Firefox Nightly 96.0a1 (2021-11-10) , beta 95.0b5 or release 94.0.1 on Windows 10.
If anyone can still reproduce this issue please re-open the bug or file a new one.
