You'll have to commit your strings to SVN yourself. But I did enable Croatian as a choosable language in the locale picker (bottom right of the page):

the /hr page can not be accessed even though locale hr is offered in language picker in footer

Thanks Edo.  I will work with wevdev and IT to resolve any open issues and we will try to get the hr localized content pushed live for our MDN 0.9.4 release.  Hopefully sometime in mid to late February.
