An abnormal line appears in the tab bar when window is resized vertically and sidebar is opened. (See Screenshot)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open browser and resize it vertically
2. Open side-bar
3. Open new tabs
Actual Results:  
A line appears in the background of the tab bar

Expected Results:  
Nothing happens.
