Opening a bookmark in new window from the sidebar followed by opening a bookmark in new window from toolbar causes the browser to open the same window even if the bookmarked sites are different.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on a bookmark from Bookmarks Sidebar.
2.From the context menu, select Open in New Window.
3.Right click on a bookmark from Bookmarks Toolbar (other the the one from Bookmarks Sidebar).
4.From the context menu, select Open in New Window.
Actual Results:  
The second opened window loads the site from the first bookmark.

Expected Results:  
The two windows should load different sites since the bookmarks are different.
