steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/personas-rotator-2011010871-1/versions/#
2. Upload a new version with different UUID
3. Notice that on clicking "Add Version" button, the error message - "UUID doesn't match add-on" is shown
4. Click "Add Version" again
observed behavior:
Same error is displayed twice. See screenshot
