Attached image maxed tab screenshot
If I open enough tab previews in the sidebar that bleed off the screen view, it doesnt seem to allow me to pan/swipe back over to the content window. I am either forced to click one of my tabs, or force kill

Can someone else try this? Attaching screenshot of overcrowded tab space and a logcat file (if anything is worth indicating)

Repro:
1) install fennec nightly android: Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv71; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20110110 Firefox/4.0b9pre Fennec/4.0b4pre
2) open enough tabs that will maximize your tabsidebar view (in landscape and portrait)
3) in tab sidebar view, try to pan/swipe back to content window
4) Verify nothing happens, and your'e stuck in the tab pane

Expected:
- tab overflow in view should still allow user to swipe back to content window

Actual
- unable to swipe back to content pages
Attached file tab swipe logcat
logcat
marking minor, since i dont expect most users will max out their tab sidebar view

dupe of bug 621779 I think, since the patch there would allow panning the sidebar
