Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Customize Toolbar window. 2. Drag an item (such as an Open a new window button) to the tab bar. (with or without tabs on top) 3. Click Done. Actual Results: The open a new tab button moves to the right end of the browser. Expected Results: The open a new tab button should not move and the new button should appear at the right end instead.

confirmed on nightly as of 11 Janurary 2011, and on 4,.0b8, to be a little clearer, the "new tab" mini-tab/apptab turns into simple button when a button is added to the tab bar.

I confirm that. And it actually doesn't depend what toolbar did you customize, not just tab-bar.

Reset behaviour to expected. procedure 1> set to default appearance 2> restart firefox 3> removed all customisation 4> restart firefox 5> enabled appearance Microfox 6> restart firefox 7> button in correct position 8> re-implemented customisations
