Here's the problem which has bitten me over and over. I have a 512MB sdcard on my Galaxy S Vibrant phone which has 16gigs of internal memory. Firefox chooses to use the sdcard for the download folder location, which means that I can't practically download anything. The built-in browser is using the internal memory. I think we should put the downloads directory on whatever medium which has more free disk space.

I have the opposite memory problem on my tablet, internal is 4GB and SD is 32GB. Aurora(Firefox) wants to save to internal instead of SD and I can't find where to change this like I can in Firefox for Windows and Linux. Also let it ASK where I want to save a file (another related setting).
That would be bug 677001.
