User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; AOL 9.1; AOLBuild 4334.36; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; .NET CLR 3.5.21022; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; AskTbFWV5/5.9.1.14019) Build Identifier: 3.6 mozilla PLEASE NOTE:In the above box Hardware Platform...I'm not sure what you need there? I downloaded Rhapsody software 4.0 in order to download and share certain songs on Facebook with friends. Mozilla will not connect/play songs properly with Rhapsody and Facebook. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.login using Mozilla which takes me to AOL webmail 2.login into Facebook 3.Click on the downloaded link/song in Facebook and it won't open the page that it should and play the song/link Actual Results: same as above with the addition that I use AOL webmail Expected Results: Rhapsody opens a page with Mozilla, but it's not the page that allows the song to play as it should. Once I click on the link/song in Facebook it should open another Rhapsody page that states something like Finding Rhapsody. But instead it opens another Rhapsody page and it stops and say's done in the lower left corner of that page.
x86 goes into the hardware box because you have a x86 computer. You probably need to talk to Rhapsody about this, it is their software. Is this an extensions you are using?
