624957 - update home page URL of Google search plugin for Japanese locales

We will no longer be using google.com/firefox in Firefox 4, so the home page URL for the default Google search plugin should be changed from:
http://www.google.co.jp/firefox
to
http://www.google.co.jp/

For the ja-JP-mac locale, this line of code can be found here:
