The dropdown content of the folder flickers when click and hold for drag it to another location. 


Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a new folder to the Bookmarks toolbar.
2. Add one or more bookmarks to the folder.
3. Drag and drop the folder to another location in the Bookmarks toolbar.

Expected result:
The folder should not open.

Actual result:
The folder flickers showing its content.

folders are open on mousedown, that is also beginning the drag operation, we took that decision to support "mousedown, move down in the popup, mouseup" gesture, so this is a wontfix.
