We already have a prominent Fx4 beta promo on the What's New page, but when people have outdated versions of Flash that spot is taken up by the Flash warning instead. The Flash warning remains the priority in those cases, but we'd also like to continue to promote the beta on this version of the page. So, when the Flash warning appears let's put a smaller Fx4 beta promo in the lower right spot (replacing the social media promo). I don't think there's room to use the illustration very well in the smaller slot, so we can keep it simple. Maybe use the Fx4 beta wordmark as a headline image, with the following text: Try the Firefox 4 Beta for speedier browsing and awesome new features. button: Free Download Thanks!
Done in trunk in r81151. Merged to stage in r81152. Needs to be tested both with and without the latest version of Flash installed.

Oh, and please use Stage for QA: https://www.authstage.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/3.6/whatsnew/
Created attachment 504867 [details] Attachment After several refreshes and testing with an outdated version of Flash, I still do not see the changes made. See attachment
I'm also not seeing the changes. Once the Firefox Live and Monthly newsletter boxes switched places but that's it.
Apologies - I left out a JS change in the commit. Updated in trunk in r81177. Merged to stage in r81179.
I don't have the latest Adobe Flash player and worked for me
