When submitting a form on https website with action set to http website, a window-modal warning is displayed. It is inconsistent with other dialogs changed in bug 6232794.
Sorry about typo, I meant bug 59314.
Bug 59314 was not intended to fix this dialog (not a slew of others), only the alert/confirm/prompt dialogs that page content can directly invoke.
