For the release of Firefox 4, we need to blocklist all flash plugins *before* version 10.1.102.64 on Mac OS X 10.6 *only*.

Flash versions before 10.1.102.64 have either security issues or do not work at all on MacOS X 10.6. Please see bug 589670 for further details.

The blocklist service doesn't really support the notion of all versions less than something so we'd need to come up with a regular expression (or regular expressions) that matches the versions we want blocked. Do we have a list of the description and version numbers of them?

Sounds like this is a superset of the versions in bug 608697 but the data in bug 589670 suggests that only those versions are the ones sticking around so I wouldn't block on this bug as it stands.
