When typing in text box (like submitting this bug :-), if you go to
edit->preference, the focus is lost.  You still see the text cursor blinking,
but cannot type anymore after exiting the preferencce dialog

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Submit a new bug for mozilla ;-)
2.While typing, go to edit-preference, select OK


Actual Results:  Cannot continue to type, need to click in the box to set the focus

Expected Results:  The focus should remain in the text box
