Details

The Windows build of ProfileManager will fail to run on a machine which doesn't have the Visual Studio 2010 C++ redistributable.
You might need to port this patch somewhere: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/9837814d8d86 depending on which version of xulrunner you're using.
This has been fixed.
