Attachment: results pane layout and test cycles as default pane

For the .2 release, we're going to allow users to look at results of the default test cycle/run/suite and associated testcases implemented in the .1 release. To do that, we'll need a tabbed layout to look at results within each type of structure.

Mockup screenshot of the layout as well as the default pane (i.e. test cycles) is attached.

We are doing a re-boot in the workup of the results panel.  So this bug isn't needed any longer.
