625196 - Offer a way to search for results per pane

There is a basic search function for every results pane that allows the user to look for the available results depending on the category selected and searched for. Requirements include the following:

* Search field that can take multiple words
* Ability to focus within a certain available column for each search within a results pane
* A results listing that updates depending on the search provided
* For searches that take longer than 1 second (i.e. acceptable amount of time), some sort of throbber

Available Categories per Results Pane:
* Testcases: ID, completion date, author, status, result, tag, bug
* Test Suite: Failed, Invalid, Tester(i.e. username), Bugs
* Test Runs: Name, Tester (i.e. username), Bugs
* Test Cycles: Title, State, Id, Creation Date


There are more drilled down concepts that aren't brought to light in this initial bug report, but we just need a basic set of functions that are available to all users for now.

For a textual search to be useful, it will require improved search capabilities on the API side. The current search is exact-match-only (unless  it has capabilities I'm not aware of), which is not very useful for textual searches,  just for filtering.

I think search will be part of filtering, but I'd find it helpful to have specific stories for filtering on results vs filtering on manage pages, as I'll have to implement them somewhat differently under the hood. So maybe this can just become the filtering story for results?
