On Windows 7 Aero, in a restored window, when you alt+spacebar to bring up the system menu (which, btw, MSDN also calls the "control menu" and the "window menu") it pops up in a less than ideal spot.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, it's just low enough that you can see the tab peeking out from behind it and it looks like it's coming from the tab instead of the titlebar (or even the Firefox button.)
The placement in maximized window mode seems much better, though it might be a tad confusing almost attached to the Firefox button. Whatever the right position is, I think what we have now is not it.
(Also, the placement on XP Luna looks fine to me)

I'm not sure if we can control this placement, but if so I think ideal location would be for the top of the menu to be aligned with the center of the title bar (so about halfway into the Firefox button)
