Now that the forums will be getting the new common form element styling, there are some tweaks to be made to sizing and spacing in some cases (from paulc's github comment):

* 'Preview' too close to 'Cancel' when editing a post, and when posting a new thread: http://grab.by/8lIA
* Similarly for 'Update thread' too close to 'Cancel' when editing a thread
* Maybe you could make the 'Move Thread' button less tall? Is seems too big next to the select here: http://grab.by/8lIK
