I'm trying to submit a for that has a check box on it, but I can not ge the
check box mark to show up.  I clicked it several times to no avail.  Here are
two examples.  I'm using build 2000121008.

I remember seeing this before too, not sure it still happens.
The same happens with round check'boxes' (sure there's a certain name for these
things, but what...?)
Oh I know again, it's those radio buttons, just like the one directly under this
'additional comments' window that says 'Leave as unconfirmed'. The 3-d effect
works fine, if you press one (in case there are more of them) the original
selected one pops up and the pressed one pops down. But the little black dot
does not move to the new selected button.
- build 121008 on Win98.
Addition: though the 3d thing seems to work but the dot not, the selection is
also NOT processed (so the new selection is not really made).
Vincent, the radio button regression is only with the Dec 11, 2000 builds so far
and is covered by bug 62552.
R.K.Aa marked the same bug "check boxes" don't work anymore (62555) as a dupe of
bug 62552.  I went back to an earlier build, so I can not verf.  THis probably
should be marked as a dupe also.

I'll check bonsai to see what killed these html form controls.

I probably killed them this weekend, I did a lot of testing. I will see what the 
script on this page is doing.

Boy, is that embarrassing, I checked a whole bunch of wild edge case, and forgot  
to to check a simple checkbox.
