On Windows only.

Bookmark a page.

Open the properties for that book.

Check the box "Load this bookmark in the page"

Open the bookmark.

Now try to grab the resizer next to the scrollbar.

It's gone.

You can go up to the header and resize, but the scrollbar overlays the resizer, so it's unusable. If there's no scrollbar, the sidebar bleeds into the page and there is still no resizer.

This works in Firefox 4, but it's pretty danged annoying on Firefox 3.6.
I guess I'll punt on this since it will never be fixed in FF 3.6
