steps to reproduce: 1. choose an add-on which has 1 public version and 1 lite-reviewed version 2. Notice that we list the public version in the detail page 3. Delete the public version expected behavior: We show the lite-reviewed add-on in the detail page actual behavior: Detail page is a 404 https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/addon/tweetbeat-firsthand123/
