A custom fields selected value on one bug is not always suitable for the cloned bug. We shouldn't rely on user to correct this, as there are many fields on a bug

I understand why this would be useful for a small number of installations, but I think that adding a whole new checkbox and database field for custom fields isn't gong to benefit users enough. This would probably be better as an extension.
