Note: this may be caused by scrolling indicators.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Slide to the left to open the controls sidebar
2. Tap on the browser controls button
3. Tap on the Add-ons manager button
4. Pan down and click on "See more Add-ons"
5. Start panning up and down

Actual Results:
Panning through the add-ons manager is not smooth.

Expected Results:
Panning through the add-ons manager should be smooth.
