Cannot log in to PayPal - Minefield just goes on an extended wait and never logs me in.  Have to use another browser.

1.go to www.paypal.com
2.log in
3.
Actual Results:  
Log in never occurs

I cannot login to PayPal, but it takes me back to a login Signup page
Start:
https://www.paypal.com/home Click on "Log In"
https://www.paypal.com/signin?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US Saved credentials - Click on "Log In"
https://www.paypal.com/signin?returnUri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.paypal.com%2Fmyaccount&state=%2F Looks the same as the previous page, but loads this url again. I also seem to sometimes land on a page that looks like #1 Once this page is visited though, currently http://www.paypal.com/ and http://paypal.com redirects here.
Since this bug is old, it is likely a different bug, but since the original contained so little info, I figured it wouldn't hurt to reuse the bug.
Logging in now works for me
