Details

When we attempt to opt-in for the newsletter, we are getting an error message.  The error states that the service is not available.  I've attached a screen shot.  

Can we also check the first run page and what's new opt-in form - also the sign up center on Mozilla.org homepage.  I tried the .org opt-in and received the same error.  

Please investigate ASAP.

Can you attach a URL for testing?
Note - the individuals were successfully subscribed and added to Responsys. It appears they are simply not getting the thank you page.

Works for me now.  Maybe responsys had problems?
It looks like we're back up and running.  We'll chat with Responsys to see if the issue was on their end.
