When we attempt to opt-in for the newsletter, we are getting an error message. The error states that the service is not available. I've attached a screen shot. Can we also check the first run page and what's new opt-in form - also the sign up center on Mozilla.org homepage. I tried the .org opt-in and received the same error. Please investigate ASAP. Note - the individuals were successfully subscribed and added to Responsys. It appears they are simply not getting the thank you page. URL - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/newsletter/
Works for me now. Maybe responsys had problems?
It looks like we're back up and running. We'll chat with Responsys to see if the issue was on their end.
